Q: When will I receive the goods after the order is placed?
A: After you place the order by website, phone, Whatsapp or fax, our customer service team will contact you to further confirm the order and information (if any). Once the order is confirmed, your goods will be delivered in next working day for normal location. For the special location, we will follow the schedule for delivery arrangement. (Please refer to Shipping Information.) (As a reminder, please ensure that all of the delivery and contact information are correct to make sure that our delivery team can reach your address.)
Q: Do I must register as FOODEX member or account to place the order?
A: No, you can place the order as a guest. However, we strongly recommend our customers to register as FOODEX member. As our members can enjoy various benefits all year long and join the exclusive reward program. (Please refer to FOODEX FUN Reward Program.)
Q: Can I change the delivery address and time after the confirmation of order?

Q: What can I do if the goods are found damaged or wrong when the goods are received?
A:
  • When you find out the problem or something wrong during the goods receiving, you can return the goods immediately to our delivery team. Afterwards, please contact our customer service team at (852) 2404 3988 / 2404 3838 for refund or goods exchange arrangement.
  • When you find out the problem or something wrong after you received the goods and our delivery team are left, please contact our customer service team at (852) 2404 3988 / 2404 3838 as soon as possible (within one working day after the delivery date). And please note that the related goods must be retained 95% of its volume. (E.g. you should keep at least 950g of goods if the product weight is 1000g.)
Q: I have not received any calls for confirmation after my order is placed. What can I do?

Q: Can I enjoy the delivery service for the order below $500?
A: You can enjoy Free Delivery if spending* reaches $500. If the spending of order is under $500, a delivery fee of $50 will be charged. (*Spending refers to the total net billed amount of order, that means after deduction of all discounts, coupons and vouchers.)
